Vanguard Seas is the brainchild of its founder and President & CEO, Charles Borras.

The company was founded in October, 2006 in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. The company joined Communitech several months later.

After having completed his MBA studies at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005, Mr. Borras recognized the opportunities in new businesses beyond those mature markets where there are a large number of players and competition is intense.

Seeing these opportunities, Mr. Borras founded Vanguard Seas, a Web Development & Internet Marketing Company.

After two years of general contracting for the services of web developers, graphic designers, and computer programmers, Vanguard Seas began its expansion into "blue ocean" businesses.
